Ordering Process

    1. Customization:
      Choose your preferred crystal size and orientation, upload your image, and provide your details so we can process your order. Your information will be deleted as soon as we confirm you have received your product.
    2. Payment:
      We do not have a preferred payment method. Our payment dropdown allows you to choose any cryptocurrency. If your preferred crypto is not listed, email us at [email protected], and we will add it.
    3. Confirmation:
      Orders are confirmed once payment is received. You must provide the transaction ID (TXID) for verification before submitting your order. If proof of payment is not provided, we will not process your order. For any questions, feel free to contact us at [email protected] or via our Discord channel.
    4. Production:
      Custom crystals are carefully crafted and require up to two weeks for production and shipping. If we determine that your chosen orientation may not be the best fit for your uploaded image, we will contact you to suggest adjustments.
    5. Shipping:
      Worldwide shipping is not included in the crystal prices. A small fee applies based on your location. If we find a significant difference between the amount you paid and the actual shipping cost, we will contact you to refund the difference using the same cryptocurrency network (blockchain fees may apply).
