What Happens If You Lose Access to Your Wallet?
If you lose access to your wallet, please contact us at [email protected] and provide as many details as possible to help us verify your purchase. Our team will work to locate the account where the crystal was originally purchased, identify the corresponding NFT, and transfer it to a new wallet you provide.
A fee of 10 USDT will be required to cover transfer costs and processing. If any additional fees apply, we will inform you beforehand, allowing you to confirm whether you want to proceed with the replacement.
